1. About us.
This website is operated by Ganzotrade Ltd, registered in Malta, VAT MT32559924, with registered office at Triq G. Lanzon 19, Marsaskala MSK3391, Malta. Contact: ganzotradeltd@gmail.com / +356 99754395.
2. Products.
We sell vaporizer devices and accessories for use with legal dry herbs and extracts. Our products are not medical devices and make no therapeutic claims. They are intended for use only with substances that are legal in the customer's jurisdiction.
3. Age restriction.
Our products are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where this cannot be verified.
4. Orders and prices.
Prices are in EUR and include VAT. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock issues, age verification failure).
5. Payment.
We accept payments via Stripe (credit and debit cards). Payment is taken at checkout. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
6. Shipping.
We ship within Malta only. Estimated delivery: 5 working days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.
7. Returns and warranty.

8. Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse of products, use with illegal substances, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Intellectual property.
All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts. EU consumers can also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this website at the time of your order.
