14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at ganzotradeltd@gmail.com before the 14 days expire. Return the item in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Hygiene exception: sealed items that have been unsealed (mouthpieces, screens, and other parts that come into direct contact with the user) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in line with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83.
